2GR-FE Manual Trans ECU
These ECUs are based on the 2011+ Toyota Sienna ECUs but have modified hardware and firmware to make them appropriate for Manual transmission swap applications.
List of modifications:
Automatic transmission disabled.
Rev limiter raised to 7400RPM. (adjustable per request)
Fuel injector base pressure 3 or 4 bar (adjustable per request)
MAF curve calibrated to FMW 3.5” MAF (adjustable per request)
Speed Limiter deleted.
Base idle raised to 750RPM
Tune adjusted to optimize for requested camshafts
Immobilizer reset to allow operation with no immobilizer. These modules will pair themselves with an immobilizer if the normal pairing procedure is performed.
Cruise control fixed to work with manual transmission.
Clutch input added to cancel cruise control when clutch is pressed.
Smart Stop feature disabled to allow simultaneous brake and accelerator use
Inverted brake signal confirmation input removed
A/C Idle up input is now over a physical wire instead of a CAN input
A/C Idle up RPM target is now 820RPM
Idle up when moving above 10mph has been disabled
VVT-I tip-in behavior adjusted to soften that initial throttle application to make low gear low speed driving easier.
12V to “Drive” pin requirement removed
Special for FMW 350whp camshaft selection:

4 bar fuel pressure required

If “Update current FMW ECU” is selected the user is required to send in their current ECU for hardware and firmware modifications. See instructions here. Currently these updates are only available on the sienna ECU.
This ECU does not modify any emissions operation, All the monitors are as they would be in a 2011 Sienna. This is not usable in stock Sienna applications. Because of the automatic transmission disabling it will not work on those vehicles.
