Shipping Policy
All products are shipped using Fed-Ex with no exceptions. Sometimes this results in higher shipping costs than desired for certain international destinations (particularly Australia and New Zealand). I'm happy to send the package to a USA based forwarder of your choice to reduce shipping costs.
Returns
Returns of non defective product are accepted within 30 days of original purchase date with a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded for non defective product. Returns beyond the 30 day window are handled on a case by case basis, please contact me for details.
