2GR Velocity stack intake manifold (Version 1 deposit)

As requested, I’m opening up the order books for another run of Version 1 2GR velocity stack intakes. It’s not clear how many units are needed out there so a pre-order will guarantee your spot in this next batch.

The dyno graph shows in blue the power output of a 2GR build with big cams, there’s a video about that build. see the video here.

The dyno in red is from Goodwille Theodore with an added 42mm spacer. This was on pump gas with the extra 42mm spacer.

This run of intakes will have the exact same trumpet geometry as the previous runs but there will be a few changes:
- There will no longer be a drop spacer option, this dropped the intake by 10mm and was ordered by almost everyone. This will instead be made part of the design and bring the effective price down by $140
- The PCV/Brake Booster/Auxiliary manifold pressure ports will be relocated to make plumbing routing easier
- The seal to the stock lower manifold will use a Toyota seal that will be more easily replaceable.
- Ribbing will be removed from inside of plenum as it just makes cleaning out any oil that makes it in there quite annoying to do.
- If ordered with the +42mm option the extra length will be integrated instead of a with a spacer.

The picture that shows the clearancing needed to the turbo engine lid shows how it fits under the stock turbo lid if ordered without the +42mm option. With the +42mm option you will be required to run an aftermarket engine lid. The picture is from Wilhelm Racing’s blog here

-Three velocity stack pairs, CNC machined.
-Bottom plate to adapt velocity stacks to stock lower intake manifold
-Top plate to adapt velocity stacks to plenum
-All required hardware
-All required seals

This is just a deposit for the purchase, the intake will be $1350 and does NOT include the holley plenum, just the intake. This deposit is not refundable. The balance will be due in 6-10 weeks when the intakes are ready to ship. Failure to purchase the intake within 4 weeks of them being ready for delivery will forfeit the deposit.
