2GR-FE Exhaust Header

These are the new 2GR-FE cast stainless steel headers intended for use with all MR2 2gr-fe applications, all generations, naturally aspirated builds as well as turbo builds and with parts that will follow in the coming months even for locations that have stricter rules about vehicle modifications.

As with the previous generation headers, the design is identical for the front and rear of the engine.

The third picture just shows that these units build an oxide film like stainless but they build this layer a lot slower due to the extra thickness.

The purchase comes with two headers, optional gaskets for the head to header interface and optionally with v-bands for fabricating your own exhaust. The outlets on these headers are 2.25” and use the Acerace 22021 clamps along with the AceRace 22053 flanges.
