2GR-FE optimized airflow fuel rail

This fuel rail is the geometry that I used for the 405whp 2GR-FE NA build. Note that these fuel rails DO NOT fit the stock injectors or injectors of the same size as stock. It also tilts the injectors more towards the valve to avoid excess wall wetting and to improve port airflow.

The injectors that are intended to be used are 980cc units (Bosch # 0 280 158 040) with high atomization nozzles. With that nozzle and the revised angle this allows the engine to idle very smoothly and start easily on ethanol when cold.

These injectors are big enough to safely support up to 575whp at 3 bar or 650whp at 4 bar on pump gas or 450whp at 3 bar or 520whp at 4 bar when using ethanol.

There are ports on both sides of each rail, the ports are ORB-6 straight thread O-ring ports (meets SAE J1926-1) and are intended to be used with AN-6 adapters as included.

The kit includes:
- Both fuel rails
- 2x ORB-6 caps
- 2x ORB-6 to AN-6 adapters
