2AR-FE/1AR-FE A/C delete idler

This idler bracket is used in place of the A/C compressor on the Toyota 1AR-FE 2.7L engine. Using this idler retains proper belt routing around the water pump.

This idler also reduces the length of the belt to 1110mm, the gates K040437 can be used for this.
